Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms apply to the Sentiro hosted monitoring service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Sentiro for an organisation, you must be authorised to accept them on its behalf.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and manage access for your workspace members. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Monitor only systems you own or have permission to test. Do not use Sentiro for unauthorised scanning, denial-of-service attacks, unlawful activity, or attempts to access private networks or other users’ data. Do not bypass plan limits or interfere with the service.
Your data and public pages
You retain rights to the data you submit. You permit Sentiro to process it to provide monitoring, notifications, diagnostics, and support. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted data is lawful and that public status pages do not disclose confidential information.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Plan prices, billing periods, and limits are shown at checkout. Payments are handled through the hosted payment provider. Review renewal terms before paying. You may stop future renewals through available billing controls or by contacting us. Refund requests are assessed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights; no automatic refund is promised.
Availability and monitoring limits
Monitoring and alerts depend on networks, monitored systems, and third-party delivery services. Checks may be delayed, missed, or incorrect. Unless agreed in a separate written service-level agreement, advertised uptime figures do not create a contractual availability guarantee. Maintain independent safeguards for critical systems.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security threats, non-payment, or material breaches of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Contact us about exporting data before closing your account.
Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sentiro is not responsible for indirect losses caused by missed alerts or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and open-source software
We may update these terms as the service changes and will indicate the revision date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or available account contact details. Self-hosted software is governed by its repository licence; these hosted-service terms do not replace that licence.
