Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy explains how the Sentiro hosted service handles personal information when you create an account, configure monitors, receive alerts, or contact us. Self-hosted operators control the data in their own deployments.

Information we process

We process account and sign-in information, contact email addresses, workspace membership, monitor URLs and configuration, check results, incident history, and notification channel settings. Optional donations may include a name and message. Payment records may include transaction references and subscription status. Information sent in support requests is also processed.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, run monitoring checks, deliver alerts, display status pages, manage subscriptions, investigate errors and abuse, and respond to requests. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, legal obligations, or consent for optional uses.

Integrations and service providers

Configured integrations share the information needed to perform their function. This can include alerts sent through Telegram, email, Slack, Discord, or webhooks, sign-in information handled by Google, and payment information handled by Bachs hosted checkout. Infrastructure and diagnostic services may process operational data. These providers have their own privacy terms; review them before connecting an integration.

Public information and sensitive data

Information you publish on a public status page can be viewed by anyone with access to that page. Avoid putting personal information, passwords, or confidential tokens in monitor names, URLs, messages, or public incident descriptions. Configure monitored endpoints to return only the information required for checks.

Cookies and local storage

Sentiro uses session cookies for authentication and browser storage for preferences such as your selected theme. Browser settings can remove or restrict this storage, but blocking authentication cookies may prevent sign-in. Connected providers may use storage under their own policies.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept for as long as needed to operate your account and provide monitoring history, subject to plan limits and operational requirements. Some payment, security, or legal records may need to remain after account closure. Backup copies may persist until they rotate out. Contact us to request deletion or details about retention for your account; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.

Your choices and rights

You can update available account settings, remove monitors, disconnect integrations, and control what appears on public pages. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where it is used. We may verify your identity before acting. You may also raise concerns with your local data protection authority.

International processing and updates

Hosting, monitoring regions, and connected providers may process information in countries outside your own. Contact us for deployment-specific processing details and any contractual safeguards you require. This policy may change as the service evolves; the revision date appears above and material changes will be communicated through available service or account channels.
